Raphael has extensive experience as a litigator and a transactional lawyer in a wide range of legal practices. Whether his clients are looking for a lawyer to draft legal documents or represent them in court, he specializes working with business owners to develop and execute legal strategies to save both time and money.

Raphael understands the concerns of companies in addressing their legal issues and the anxiety attached to finding legal counsel. Raphael has poised Rashkin Law to act as outside general counsel for companies that can't afford to keep a robust legal department on payroll. Raphael always takes time to explain legal issues in a simple and digestible way for his clients to help alleviate the anxiety of dealing with legal mattters.

Raphael is an experienced trial lawyer and able to take cases through verdict when needed - however, his goal is always to find the most cost-effective solution.

A Tampa Bay native, Raphael has also lived and worked in Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles. He finished his formal schooling as a visiting student at UCLA School of Law while earning his juris doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law. Raphael also earned his bachelor of arts degree from the University of South Florida.
