Nick Caputo joined Rashkin Law in 2022 as a paralegal. Graduating from the University of Tampa in 2014 with a degree in entrepreneurship, Nick is passionate about assisting business owners with legal strategies that will save them time and money.

A value-driven paralegal, Nick efficiently supports and manages the litigation process from pre-suit all the way through trial, final judgment, and collections. Some of Nick's experience includes coordinating hearings, depositions, mediations and other Rashkin Law appearances, conducting detailed legal research, preparing drafts of legal documents, and filing litigation documents in federal and state courts.

In addition to his work as a paralegal, Nick enjoys running his multiple e-commerce businesses and ideating around new product ideas. In his spare time, you would most likely catch him at a Yankees game or somewhere in nature soaking up the sun.
